Ingredients:

6 oz. Brie
1 Granny Smith apple
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cut brie in half. Use only one half
in this recipe.
Cut Brie half crosswise into thin
slices.
Peel apple.
Cut apple in half.
Core each apple half.
Slice each apple half into
several slices.
Cut each slice lengthwise in
half.
Turn cutting board and cut
apple slices into rough
chunks.
Arrange half of Brie slices
into small deep ungreased
oven-proof dish.
Top Brie slices with half of
apple chunks.
Sprinkle half of cranberries over
apples.
Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon
over apples and cranberries.
Place remaining half of Brie
slices on top.
Sprinkle remaining apple chunks
over Brie slices.
Sprinkle remaining cranberries
over apples.
Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon
over cranberries.
Bake Brie in preheated oven at 375 degree F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and Brie bubbles.

Serve hot with crackers or small pieces of bread. Spread hot Brie on top of crackers or bread.
