Place flour into large mixing
bowl.
Add sugar
Add cocoa.
Add baking powder.
Add baking soda.
Add vinegar directly onto
baking soda.
Let it bubble. Stir it with spoon to
mix soda and vinegar together
Add vanilla extract.
Add water.
Add oil.
Mix well all ingredients with wire
whisk until smooth. The batter
may be bubbly but all clumps
must be dissolved.
Pour batter into baking dish.
Shake baking dish gently to
spread batter evenly in it.
Bake in preheated oven for
30-40 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted into center of
cake comes out clean (nothing
sticks to it).
Cool completely by pacing
baking dish onto cooling rack.
Cut cake into pieces, place
them onto serving plates and
sprinkle with powdered sugar.

or butter stick, or spray it with
cooking spray.
