Ingredients:

2 cups mixed greens
3 oz. Feta cheese
1 large tomato
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil



Slice feta roughly, crosswise.
Turn cutting board and cut feta
into rough pieces.
Slice tomato into 5 thin slices,
crosswise.
Cut each slice into several
thin strips, crosswise.
Cut strips into several small
chunks, lengthwise.
Add tomatoes and feta into
bowl with mixed greens.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive
oil.
Enjoy!
