Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic.
Reduce hart to low. Stirring constantly, cook 1-2 minutes until slightly golden and very fragrant. Be careful to not burn!
Add cream.
Add salt.
Add pepper flakes.
Add cheese.
Stir well.
Cook over low heat 2-3 minutes or until all cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Stir constantly.
Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
