Extra-quick and fabulously tasty!
Alfredo Linguini
INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 cup half and half or light cream
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
(optional)
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
cheese
1 pound cooked linguini, kept
warm CLICK HERE for

2 tablespoons fresh chopped
parsley CLICK HERE for
instructions.



Melt butter in skillet over medium
heat.


Add garlic.
















Reduce hart to low. Stirring
constantly, cook 1-2 minutes
until slightly golden and very
fragrant. Be careful to not burn!



































Add cream.



















Add salt.


















Add pepper flakes.



















Add cheese.



















Stir well.

















Cook over low heat 2-3 minutes
or until all cheese is melted and
sauce is smooth. Stir constantly.






Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with
chopped parsley. Serve
immediately.
