Ingredients:

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
cheese
8 oz. fresh spinach
1 can artichokes (15 oz.), drained
completely
Optional: salt to taste
4-5 scallions

Place cream cheese into large
mixer bowl.
Attach flat beater. Add heavy
cream.
Mix on low until smooth.
Add Cheddar and Parmesan
cheeses. Reserve several
teaspoons of Parmesan for
sprinkling on top later.
Add spinach.
Add artichokes. Add salt to taste
if desired. Mix on low until all
ingredients are well-blended.
Cut scallions thinly, crosswise.
Place cheese mixture into
ungreased oven-proof baking
dish.
Sprinkle with scallions.
Sprinkle with reserved Parmesan.
Bake in preheated oven at 375
degree F for 30 minutes or until
cheese on top melts and turns
light golden brown. Serve hot,
with crackers.
This chunky and cheesy yet simple and delicious
dip will become your holiday favorite. Best served
warm with crackers.
