Asiago Toasts with Thyme
Quick breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed CLICK HERE for instructions
8 white bread slices
1/2 cup grated Asiago (or Parmesan) cheese
1 teaspoon dried thyme

 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine oil and garlic in small bowl.

 




Brush each slice with oil mixture on one side.

 

 

 

 

 

 




Top oiled side with cheese.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 




Sprinkle with thyme. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degress 10-12 minutes, or until light golden and crisp.



 

 

 


Serve hot.
