INGREDIENTS:
4 cups mixed greens
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium tomatoes, diced
2 large radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pitted olives
1 ripe avocado, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons shredded
Cheddar (or Parmesan) cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Place mixed greens into large
bowl.
Place red pepper strips around
the bowl edge. CLICK HERE for

Top with diced tomatoes. CLICK

Slice radish thinly in even
intervals. Hold it with your hand
in the process.
Top with sliced radishes.
Make another, inner circle with
olives.
Place avocado wedges between

Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
