Baked Brie with Banana
Interesting blend of flavors!
INGREDIENTS:
1 large apple
8 ounces Brie
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 banana


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.



Peel apple.





























Slice apple and discard core.






































Cut each slice into several strips
horizontally, then vertically.
























































Slice Brie.


















Place half Brie slices in
oven-proof dish, covering entire
bottom.

















Top with apples.


















Sprinkle with cinnamon.


















Top with half cranberries.



















Peel and slice banana.


















Place banana slices in dish,
covering entire surface evenly.


















Top with remaining Brie slices.


















Top with remaining cranberries.







Bake in preheated oven at 350
degree F for 20-30 minutes or
until apples are tender and Brie
bubbles.
