Ingredients:
10 slices wheat bread
5 sun-dried tomatoes
3 to 4 ounces blue cheese
4 to 5 ounces dried beef or
salami, sliced
5 slices Swiss cheese (or any
cheese you like)
1 cup greens
Place sun-dried tomatoes into
food processor. Pulse until
well-chopped.
Cut blue cheese into several
rough strips crosswise.
Turn board and dice blue
cheese strips roughly.
Add blue cheese to chopped
tomatoes and mix ingredients
until well-blended.
Spread tomato mixture evenly
over 5 bread slices.
Top with dried beef or salami.
Top with cheese slice.
Top with greens.
Top with remaining bread slices.
