Beer Waffles
INGREDIENTS (for 10 waffles):

2 eggs
2 cups beer
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups all-purpose white flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil




DIRECTIONS:

Break eggs into large bowl.






Add beer.







































Add salt.


















Add baking soda.


















Add flour.



















Add oil.




Mix with wire whisk until smooth.













Leave for 1 hour at room
temperature.


















Heat waffle iron. Add batter.
Follow your waffle iron
instructions at to what amount to
use per each waffle.


































Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or follow
your waffle iron instructions.


















Transfer to wire rack to cool.










Serve with cheese spread or
cream cheese.
