Berry Jell-O Dessert
INGREDIENTS for four:

1 package raspberry Jell-O (4
servings)
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup boiling water
1 pound frozen mixed berries,
thawed (or fresh) (reserve some
for decorating, if desired)
1 cup whipped cream
whipped cream for topping

DIRECTIONS:


Place Jell-O into medium bowl.
Add 1/2 cup warm water.





Mix with wire whisk.

















Add boiling water. Whisk until
sugar is completely dissolved.
Cool completely but make sure
mixture does not harden.
















Place berries into large bowl.
Add Jell-O mixture.


















Stir with spoon well.


















Add 1 cup whipped cream.



















Mix well.


















Place into serving bowls. Chill in
refrigerator at least 3 hours or
until firm.




































Dot with little whipped cream.









Serve immediately.
