1 package raspberry Jell-O (4 servings) 1/2 cup warm water 1 cup boiling water 1 pound frozen mixed berries, thawed (or fresh) (reserve some for decorating, if desired) 1 prepared graham cracker crumb (6 ounces) whipped cream for topping
DIRECTIONS:
Place Jell-O into medium bowl. Add 1/2 cup warm water.
Mix with wire whisk.
Add boiling water. Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool completely but make sure mixture does not harden.
Place berries into large bowl. Add Jell-O mixture.
Stir with spoon well.
Pour into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Just before serving, top edges with whipped cream.
