Blue Cheese Stuffed Catfish
Super easy!
INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces blue cheese
2 whole catfish, cleaned
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese
mix
3 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
Slice blue cheese.
Place catfish in ungreased
oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle with salt.
Stuff each catfish with half of the
cheese.
Sprinkle catfish evenly with
cheese.
Place butter pieces on top of
fish.
Bake in preheated oven at 375
degree F for 30 minutes, or until
fish easily flakes when tested
with fork.
Serve immediately.
