Carrot and Kiwi Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:

3 oranges
1 blood grapefruit
1 kiwi
1 carrot



DIRECTIONS:

Cut oranges and grapefruit in
half, horizontally.








Squeeze juice using orange
juicer.





































Peel carrot and cut both ends
off and discard.

















Cut carrot into rough chunks,
crosswise.


















Cut larger carrot pieces in half.



















Cut kiwi in half, crosswise.
Spoon green kiwi flesh out;
discard kiwi skin. Put carrots and
kiwi into blender.















Add juice.




















Process on high for 30 seconds
or until well-blended and smooth.
