INGREDIENTS:

4 hot dogs
2 ounces cheese (any hard
cheese, such as Cheddar,
Havarti, Monterey Jack, etc.)
any vegetables for garnishing

Optional: hot dog rolls



DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.


Cut cheese into thin slices.




Cut each slice in half, lengthwise.




































Cut each hot dog lengthwise,
almost splitting it in half but still
keeping both hot dog halves
together.
















Stuff hot dogs with 2 thin slices
of cheese.





































Grease small baking tray with
cooking spray or rub with
vegetable oil. Place hot dogs on
tray, cut side up. Bake in
preheated oven to 375 degrees
F for 5 minutes, or until cheese
melts.




Serve immediately.
A different way to serve a hotdog!
