INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose white flour
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Place flour into large bowl. Add
sugar.
Add garlic powder.
Add marjoram.
Add caraway seeds.
Add eggs.
Add milk.
Add cheese.
Whisk with wire whisk until
smooth.
Heat pizzelle iron and brush with
oil. Drop about one tablespoon
of batter onto each circle on the
iron or follow the pizzelle iron
instructions.
Bake for 40 to 60 seconds
(follow pizzelle iron instructions),
or until steam is no longer
coming out of iron. Remove
pizzelles from iron.
Cool on wire rack.
