INGREDIENTS:

1 sheet frozen puff pastry,
thawed in the refrigerator
1/2 cup Dijon honey mustard
8 ounces sliced prosciutto
4 tablespoons cream cheese, at
room temperature
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 egg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Roll puff pastry out.

Spread Dijon honey mustard
over puff pastry, using cake
icing spatula or flat knife.
Place prosciutto over mustard.
Combine cream cheese and
Parmesan cheese in mixing bowl.

















Add onion powder.


















Mix with spoon until
well-combined. You may use
electric mixer.
Spread cream mixture on top of
prosciutto layer. If cream cheese
mixture is too thick, add 2 or 3
teaspoons of water to it and mix
well until smooth.
Sprinkle with oregano.



















Roll puff pastry lengthwise in a
jelly roll fashion.
Press edges to seal.
Fold sealed edges under roll to
hide.
Place seam-side down on a
greased (with cooking spray)
baking sheet.
Break egg into small bowl.



















Mix well with fork.
Brush prosciutto roll with egg
wash.


















Bake in preheated oven at 400
degrees F for about 20 minutes
or until deep golden.





Let rest 10 minutes, then slice
into 1/2-inch rounds and serve.
Cheesy Prosciutto Roll
Great for company! Can be served warm or cold.
