Ingredients:

1 pound any fish (cod, catfish,
whiting, etc)
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon white (or black)
pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.



Cut fish file into 3 pieces each.




Place fish pieces into ungreased
baking tray or dish.


















Sprinkle fish with salt.


















Sprinkle fish with pepper.


















Sprinkle fish with garlic powder.


















Sprinkle fish with Parmesan
cheese.


















Place pieces of butter randomly
on top.

















Bake in preheated oven for 40
minutes, or until fish easily
flakes when touched with fork
and cheese on top is golden.





Serve warm with any vegetables,
salad or pasta.
