INGREDIENTS:

1 puff pastry sheet
(half-package Pepperidge Farm
Puff Pastry will do)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
cheese
3 tablespoons shredded
Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Parmesan
cheese for dusting

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Unroll puff pastry onto working
surface. Do not roll it out.





Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan
cheese.

















Sprinkle evenly with Cheddar
cheese.

















Roll puff pastry gently.

























































With sharp knife, cut into
1/2-inch slices.

















Place cheese slices onto
ungreased baking sheet, lined
with parchment (wax) paper.

















Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
evenly.

















Bake in preheated oven at 400
degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes,
or until golden-brown.
