Chicken Kababs
You can never have enough of these delicious
and tender kebabs!
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup white wine
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground black
pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
(about 1-1/2-inch)

Prepare marinade:

Pour wine in medium bowl.




Add salt.















Add pepper.


















Add paprika.



















Add garlic powder.


















Add curry powder.



















Add ground cumin.


















Add wine vinegar.



















Add soy sauce.


















Add honey.


















Mix well.


















Place cubed chicken in large
bowl. Pour marinade over.



















Mix well.

















Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes
(or overnight) to blend flavors.

















Put several pieces of meat onto
metal skewers.
















Grill until nicely browned, about
20-25 minutes, turning
frequently.





























Serve immediately.
