Quick Chocolate Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS:

4 ripe medium-size bananas
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
4 ounces dark chocolate

cooking spray
bread baking dish, 8.5x4.5x2.5
inches


DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In large mixing bowl, mash
bananas with fork roughly.
















Add brown sugar.


















Add white sugar.



















Add eggs.


















Add oil.


















Add vanilla extract.



















Mix with fork well.


















Add flour and baking soda.


















Add vinegar directly onto soda.



















Allow soda to bubble, just a few
seconds.


















Add salt.


















Chop chocolate into rough
chunks.





































Add to flour.


















Mix with spoon until smooth. Do
not overmix. Just mix until all
flour is dissolved.




































Grease baking dish with cooking
spray. Pour batter into baking
dish.
















Level with spatula.



















Bake in preheated oven at 375
degrees for 50 minutes to 1
hour or until deep golden brown.
















Test for doneness: insert
wooden skewer or toothpick into
center. If it comes our clean, the
bread is done. Otherwise, bake
for additional 5 minutes and test
again.















Transfer baking dish onto wire
rack and cool completely. Cut
into slices and enjoy!
