INGREDIENTS:

1 puff pastry sheet
(half-package Pepperidge Farm
Puff Pastry will do)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons white sugar



DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Unroll puff pastry onto working
surface. Do not roll it out.






Sprinkle with cinnamon evenly.


















Sprinkle with sugar evenly.



















Starting from one longer end,
roll pastry half-way to the center.





































Do the same with the other
longer side.
























































With sharp knife, cut half-inch
"pig ears".

















Line ungreased baking tray with
parchment paper. Place "ears"
onto baking tray.
















Bake in preheated oven at 400
degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes,
or until golden-brown.
