Crab Cakes
INGREDIENTS:
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg
2 cans (6-ounces each) crab
meat
1 small onion, chopped CLICK

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground black
pepper
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
vegetable oil for frying
Place bread crumbs in medium
bowl.
Add milk.
Stir well. Leave for 10 minutes to
soften.
Add egg.
Add crab meat.
Add onion.
Add garlic.
Add salt.
Add pepper.
Add curry powder.
Mix well.
Form small patties, about 1
heaped tablespoon.
Pour oil into large skillet. Heat
over medium heat.
Fry crab cakes over medium
heat 4-5 minutes on each side,
or until deep golden brown.
Serve hot.
