Cranberry Walnut Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients:

1 chicken breast, cooked

1/4 cup shelled walnuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried cranberries
8 slices dark bread
4 leaves Romaine lettuce





Cut chicken breast lengthwise
into several slices.





Cut each slice into several thin
slices, lengthwise.


















Cut into small chunks, crosswise.





































Transfer into bowl.


















Chop walnuts finely.

























































Add walnuts to chicken.



















Add mayonnaise.


















Add cranberries.



















Mix with spoon to blend all
ingredients well.

















Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or
overnight to blend flavors.
















Top bread slice with 1/4 of
chicken mixture.


















Cut lettuce leaf into several
pieces.

















Top chicken with lettuce.


















Top with another bread slice.



















Cut in half, diagonally.
