Creamy Salmon Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (12-ounce) salmon, drained, liquid reserved 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 1 cup half and half or light cream 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste) 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/3 cup chopped parsley CLICK

In small bowl, flake salmon with fork.
In large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
Add flour.
Stir well until no lumps remain.
Add reserved salmon liquid.
Stir well until smooth.
Add cream.
Continue stirring until very smooth.
Add salt.
Add pepper.
Add Cheddar cheese.
Stir well until all cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Add salmon.
Stir to combine well and heat through, about 1-2 minutes.
