INGREDIENTS:

2 garlic cloves
1 pound cooked medium
shrimps, thawed and dried with
paper towel if necessary
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS:


Cook spaghetti.

. Place drained
spaghetti into large bowl, coat
with olive oil, toss and put into
preheated oven (250 degrees
F) to keep spaghetti warm.


Chop garlic finely.

Place garlic into large bowl.













Add shrimps.


















Pour olive oil into large skillet
and heat over medium heat until
hot.

















Meanwhile, place sieve over the
bowl. Pour flower into sieve. Sift
all flour into bowl.
















Mix with spoon quickly to coat
shrimps with flour thoroughly.





































When oil is hot, add shrimps to
skillet.

















Cook over medium heat for
about three to four minutes or
until golden and crisp. Mix with
spatula occasionally.


































Place pasta into plate. Top with
shrimps and sprinkle with
chopped parsley.
