Ingredients:
4 slices white bread (Ciabatta
works best)
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
4 thin slices ham
2 ounces baby shrimps
1 hard-boiled eggs CLICK

2 tablespoons grated Mozarella
cheese
4 chives
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Hit hard-boiled egg gently
against cutting board to crack
the shell.
Remove shell and discard.
Slice egg crosswise into 6 thin
slices.
Spread 1/2 teaspoon
mayonnaise with flat knife on
one side of bread slice.
Top with eggs.
Place several baby shrimps in a
row one-third away from the
shorter end.
Flip the shorter end over
shrimps.
Roll in a jelly-roll fashion.
Place ham and shrimp roll over
eggs.
Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon
Mozarella cheese over ham.
Place sandwiches onto baking
tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 400
degrees F for 5 minutes or until
cheese melts.

Sprinkle with chives. Serve warm.
