Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream or half and
half
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese





Pour cream into skillet and heat
it until almost bubbling.









Add Parmesan cheese.


















Add Cheddar cheese.



















Stir immediately.

















Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until
cheese melts completely. Stir
constantly.





Pour into serving bowl and serve
immediately.


You may serve cheese sauce
with any pasta and meat dish.
