Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken
breasts
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
oil (or vegetable oil)
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Slice garlic.

Trim all fat off the chicken.


















Cut chicken into thin strips,
crosswise.
Pour oil into large skillet and
heat over medium heat for a
minute.

















Add chicken.


















Immediately separate chicken
into single pieces with wooden
spatula or spoon.
















Add garlic.



















Add wine.


















Add salt.



















Cook over medium heat, stirring
occasionally, until all liquid
evaporates, about 10 minutes.
















When all liquid is evaporated,
stir chicken constantly and cook
over medium-high heat until
slightly golden.


Serve immediately with salad or
vegetables. You may embellish
chicken with little greens such as
parsley or chopped chives or
scallions.
Chicken Fried with Wine
Very simple yet exceptionally tasty! Serve
with fresh veggies on the side.
