Ingredients:

1 large onion
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
oil (or olive or vegetable oil)
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 (32 ounces) can tomato sauce
1 (32 ounces) can kidney beans
1 teaspoon chili powder (or to
taste)



Dice onion.

Pour oil into large skillet.
Add chopped onions. Saute
onions over medium-low heat,
stirring occasionally, until light
golden.




































Add ground beef. Break beef
apart into small pieces.

















Mix meat with onions.



















Add salt.


















Cook meat over medium heat for
10 minutes or until meat turns
an even brown and is no longer
pink in color.















Drain beans and add to meat.



















Add tomato sauce.


















Stir well and cook for another 3
to 4 minutes.

















Add chili powder and mix well.
