Ingredients:

1 pound puff pastry (1 package)
1 small egg
flour for dusting
cooking spray

Prehear the oven to 400 degree
F.

Thaw puff pastry according to
directions on package. Place
puff pastry onto cutting board.
Do not roll puff pastry out! Using
sharp knife, cut puff pastry in
half, lengthwise.
Cut each strip into 4 pieces,
crosswise.
Spray baking tray (or a cookie
sheet) with cooking spray. Place
puff pastries on tray, about
half-inch away from each other.
Break an egg into small bowl.
Mix it well with fork.
Brush each pastry with egg
mixture.
Place baking tray in center of
preheated oven. Immediately
reduce oven temperature to 350
degree F and bake for 20 to 35
minutes (baking times may vary
depending on oven) or until crisp
and deep golden-brown. Take
baking tray out of oven. Cool puff
pastries completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Enjoy!
