4 medium flour tortillas
1 cup grated Mexican cheese
(Montery Jack & Mozarella, or
any other blend)





Place one tortilla into medium
skillet.











Spread half cup cheese evenly
over tortilla.


















Cover with another tortilla and
heat over medium heat for 3
minutes or until cheese melts.

















Slide onto plate.


















Cut with pizza cutter into
quarters.


















Serve immediately with sour
cream, salsa, or any dip you like.




Note:
For extra crispness, flip
quesadilla over and cook on
another side for 1 to 2 minutes,
or until golden brown on bottom
of tortilla.

This quesadilla recipe is ready in minutes and
requires virtually no effort. Great for a lunch or
as a snack.
