Ingredients:

1 package fettucine (12 oz.)
1 jar tomato sauce (16 oz.)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
cheese
4-5 scallions



Cut scallions thinly, crosswise.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add fettucine. Bring water to a boil
again, then reduce heat to
medium. Cook for 10 minutes or
according to directions on
package. Stir fettucine occasionally
(with a wooden spoon) to prevent
from sticking to the bottom of pot.
While you cook fettucine, pour
tomato sauce into skillet.
Bring almost to boil, over
medium-high heat.
Place colander into sink and drain
fettucine.
Place fettucine on serving plates.
Pour hot tomato sauce over
fettucine. Sprinkle with Parmesan
and chopped scallions.
Serve hot.
A very tasty meatless dish that is quick and
easy to make for a beginner.
