Ingredients:
2 cups mixed greens
2 hard-boiled eggs CLICK HERE

2 ounces baby shrimps (thawed
or from can, drained)
4 chives





Hit hard-boiled egg gently
against cutting board to crack
the shell.







Peel shell and discard.


















Cut egg in half, lengthwise.



















Place cut side down. Cut into
several strips, lengthwise.

















Chop crosswise into small rough
chunks.





































Place mixed greens into serving
bowls.


















Top with chopped eggs.


















Top with baby shrimps.


















Chop chives.
