For liver lovers - an extremely easy and
quick dish!
Fried Calf Liver
INGREDIENTS:

1 pound sliced calf liver
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour for dusting
vegetable oil for frying





Heat oil in large skillet over
medium heat.








Place liver slices on cutting
board and sprinkle with salt.


















Put flour in medium bowl. Dip
each liver slice in flour to coat all
over.



































With fork or your fingers, lift liver
slice and shake excess flour.


















Place floured liver in heated oil.
Make sure they don't touch each
other. Do not overcrowd skillet.
















Fry over medium heat 4-5
minutes or until browned slightly
on bottom. Flip with spatula and
fry on another side 3-4 more
minutes. Do not overcook or
livers will come out hard.


































Place paper towel on plate.
Transfer fried livers on paper
towel to absorb excess oil.






Serve hot.
