Ingredients:
1 pound boneless pork
1 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp black sesame seeds
(white will do too)
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 cup white non-cooking wine
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
Pour soy sauce into large bowl.
Add Italian seasoning.
Add pepper.
Add sesame seeds.
Add salt.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place pork into sauce and turn it
several times to cover all over
with sauce. Cover bowl with
plastic wrap and put bowl into
refrigerator for 2 hours or
overnight to marinate.
Slice pork crosswise into
fairly thin strips.
Pour olive oil into large skillet
and heat it over medium heat for
about a minute.
Add wine.
Sauté over medium heat about
10-15 minutes or until golden
brown, stirring often. The liquid
will evaporate in the process, so
make sure to stir meat often to
prevent from sticking to bottom
of skillet.
Serve hot. You may serve it with
salad, pasta or cooked rice.
Add sliced pork to skillet.
Pork Stir-Fry with Wine
Try something different! The pork is marinated in a
spicy soy sauce and then the tender thin-cut slices
are marinated and stir-fried with wine.
