Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled
1 kiwi
2 slices of pineapple
1/2 cup frozen or fresh
raspberries
1/3 cup fresh or frozen
cranberries
1 cup frozen or fresh mango
half of grapefruit
1 cup orange juice
Step 1
Cut kiwi in half, crosswise.
Step 2
Scoop flesh out with spoon.
Discard skin.
Step 3
Cut pineapple into pieces.
Discard center of slice.
Step 4
Place all ingredients into
blender. Add orange juice.
Blend on high for 20-30
seconds, until smooth.
Serve immediately.
