Ingredients:
1 pound baby carrots
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard (with or
without whole mustard seeds)
salt to taste
3 sprigs of parsley
Step 1.
Place baby carrots into
medium-size pot. Cover with
cold water, just sightly above
carrots.
Step 2.
Add salt.
Step 3.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to
medium and cook until tender,
about 12-15 minutes.
Step 4.
In another, smaller pan, melt
butter.
Step 5.
Add honey.
Step 6.
Add mustard.
Step 7.
Mix well. Take pan off from heat.
Step 8.
Place collander into sink. Pour
carrots into colander.
Step 9.
Let water drain completely.
Step 10.
Place carrots back into
medium-size pot.
Step 11.
Add mustard mixture.
Step 12.
Mix well.
Step 13.
Chop parsley finley.
Step 14.
Add to carrots and cook for
another minute over low heat.
Step 15.
Place into bowl and serve warm.
Glazed Baby Carrots
