3 oz. Gorgonzola cheese,
crumbled
2 Tbsp butter
10 slices of white bread, such as
Ciabatta or French bagel

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.




Step 1
Place Gorgonzola cheese into
bowl. Add butter.
Step 2
Mash butter with fork. Mix
cheese and butter until
well-blended.
Step 3
Using flat knife, spread 1/10 of
mixture over bread slice. Repeat
with remaining slices.
Step 4
Place bread on ungreased
baking sheet. Bake in
preheated oven for 10 minutes
at 375 degrees F.
Serve hot.
These zesty toasts can be served by themselves
as appetizers or with a bowl of tomato soup.
