1 cup non-fat milk
1 cup black grapes
Optional:
2 teaspoons sugar, if desired
Pour milk into blender.
Add grapes to milk. If desired,
add sugar. Process on high for
30 seconds until thick froth
forms.
Serve immediately.
This is a simple and inexpensive frothy drink.
Substitute milk for soy milk for variety.
