Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth (you may as
well use water or milk)
After you fry any meat, take it
out of the pan and add butter.
Let it melt.
Once butter melts, add flour.
Stir immediately. Cook over low
heat for a minute, stirring
constantly, until all flour blends
well with butter.
Add chicken broth and stir
immediately.
Stir constantly and cook over
medium-low heat until thickened
and smooth, about 2 to 3
minutes.
Serve with meat or potato puree.
Ready in just minutes! For variety, add a pinch
of freshly grated nutmeg.
