2 pounds lean beef or veal 1/2 cup Teriyaki (or soy) sauce 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 cup white dry wine 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1/2 teaspoon ground white or black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 onion, slivered
metal or wooden skewers
DIRECTIONS:
Slice beef across the grain into 1/2-inch thin strips.
Pour Teriyaki or soy sauce into large bowl. Add honey.
