INGREDIENTS:

1 small ginger (about 1-inch
long)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 clove garlic, diced
1/2 cup tablespoons white fry
wine
2 pounds pork ribs


DIRECTIONS:


Cut ginger into thin slices,
crosswise.




Cut each slice crosswise several
times, then lengthwise.
























































Place diced ginger into large
bowl.


















Add lime juice.



















Add oil.


















Add salt.


















Add garlic.

Add wine.



















Mix well.


















Add pork ribs.


















Flit them over several times to
coat with marinade all over.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for 1 hour or
overnight.














Remove ribs from marinade.
Place ribs on grid over medium,
ash-covered coals. Grill,
covered, 15 to 20 minutes or
until desired doneness, turning
half-way through cooking
process
