INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds pork chops (about two
1-pound each)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon ground white (or
black) pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
(optional)
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 onion, slivered
DIRECTIONS:
Pour soy sauce into large bowl.
Add honey.
Add marjoram.
Add ground pepper.
Add ground cumin.
Add mustard powder.
Add salt.
Mix all ingredients well.
Add pork chops.
Flip them over, making sure they
are well-coated with the mixture.

Mix to spread the onions evenly
between and around pork
chops. Cover with plastic wrap
and refrigerate for at least an
hour or overnight.
Remove pork chops from
marinade. Grill 5 to 6 unches
over glowing coals 7 to 9
minutes on each side, or until
desired doneness.
Enjoy warm or cold.
