INGREDIENTS:

1 garlic clove, chopped
2 teaspoons diced ginger
1/2 onion, slivered
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 cup white dry wine
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 chicken thighs

DIRECTIONS:

Place chopped garlic into large
bowl.

Add wine.



















Add honey.


















Add mustard powder.


















Add marjoram.



















Add oil.



















Mix well.


















Add chicken thighs.


















Flip chicken over several times
to cover with marinade all over.
Cover bow with plastic wrap and
refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
















Place chicken on grid over
medium, ash-covered coals.
Grill. covered, 15 to 18 minutes
(or until desired doneness),
flipping over half-way through
cooking time.
