Quick Gyros
INGREDIENTS:

1 pound beef
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon BBQ rub
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram





DIRECTIONS:

With sharp knife, trim all fat off
the pork.






Slice pork into 1/4-inch thin
strips.

















Heat oil over high heat.


















Add pork. Cook over high heat 2
minutes or until meat is no
longer pink. Stir constantly.

















Add salt.


















Add BBQ rub.



















Add marjoram. Cook over high
heat 5 to 7 more minutes, or
until crisp and golden.






Serve immediately. Garnish with
vegetables in sauce or salad.
