INGREDIENTS:

1 pound prepared pizza dough
(regular or with herbs)
4 ounces Canadian ham slices
4 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar
cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozarella bocconcini
(bite-size balls)
1 cup pitted olives


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.



Work pizza dough to ungreased
pizza stone, pushing it down and
to the sides with your fingers to
cover the entire pizza stone.
(You may use rolling pin as well.
You may also use pizza sheet or
cookie sheet but grease it with
cooking spray.)












Stack bacon and cut it into thin
strips.
























































Spread pizza sauce over pizza
dough with back of spoon.





































Spread ham, covering whole
pizza evenly.

















Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
evenly.


















Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.


















Spread Mozarella bocconcini all
over pizza.


















Top with olives. Bake in
preheated oven at 400 degrees
F 15 to 20 minutes or until crust
is browned, and topping is
bubbly.





Serve hot.
