Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups soy milk
2 tsp creamed clover honey (or
regular). You may use any
other type of honey you like.
Put oats into blender.
Add honey.
Add soy milk.
Blend on high for 30 seconds.
Serve immediately.
