Ingredients:

Slices of rye bread (or any other
bread you have) - as many as
you like
Cookie cutters

Place slice of bread onto cutting
board. With a cookie cutter, cut
the shape out of center of each
bread slice. Try to cut only from
the inside, avoiding crust.

Place cut out bread shapes
onto ungreased pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for
10-15 minutes or until desired
hardness, or until light golden
brown.
Serve with soup or dip.
Light toasts for soup
Fantastic with any creamy soup! For variety,
spread the bread with a little of butter before
toasting.
