INGREDIENTS:

1 pound tuna (or halibut or
swordfish)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


DIRECTIONS:

Cut tuna into 1-inch strips,
crosswise.























Cut each strip into 1-inch cubes.





































Place tuna into bowl. Pour lime
juice over tuna.

















Mix with spoon to coat tuna with
lime juice.

















Pour vegetable oil into large
skillet.


















Chop onions.

Add onions to skillet.


















Saute over medium heat about 4
to 5 minutes until slightly golden,
stirring occasionally.
















Chop garlic.

Add garlic to onions.


















Saute for another minute.



















Meanwhile, prepare sauce:
Put cornstarch into small bowl.

















Add soy sauce.


















Mix with wire whisk or fork until
all cornstarch is dissolved.





































Chop ginger.

Add ginger to sauce. Mix well.


















Add tuna to skillet with onions.


















Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until
tuna is opaque.





































Chop cilantro.

Stir soy sauce mixture once
more and add to tuna.

















Stir-fry 30 more seconds or until
sauce boils and thickens.






































Add cilantro.

















Mix well and take off the heat.





Serve immediately.
